Mark Bowman (left) and Steven Fyfe (right) are true fitness veterans. Mark is a former elite triathlete for the British Army, and has over 20 years of strength training under his belt. These two together developed the X-TRON LIVE TRAINING LEAGUE and it's gone from strength to strength.
The X-TRON LIVE Fitness Event Format

X-TRON LIVE fitness events are designed to be immersive, interactive, and inclusive. Before the final, you have to complete a 12-week gym competition that sees you climb the leaderboard. The top 10 competitors meet in person for the live finals to see who can duke it out to be X-TRON LIVE champion.

Season 1: Final took place on 14 December 2024 and consisted of:
