RETURN POLICY

At Hystyle we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return your socks within 14 days of purchase.

RECEIVING A REFUND

​

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's card/PayPal account and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.


All items have to be unopened with the packaging seal unbroken with labels and packaging intact for hygiene reasons. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

If you would like to change your item for a different colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

​

Items on "sale" must be returned within 7 days of dispatch. For general questions please visit our FAQ section.

Returns Process.

Before returning your socks please contact us with details of your return. If you do not contact us before hand, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Please note:

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any returns outside of the 14-day period may be accepted at the discretion of Hysoxs. Products that have been worn or are no longer in ‘new’ condition in the original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.


We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our requirements.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER

​

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods. If you need to change any of the details we would advise contacting us at hysoxs@hotmail.com, requesting cancellation of your order, and then placing a new order once our team have confirmed cancellation.

If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. Due to how quickly our orders are dispatched we cannot guarantee all order cancellation requests. If your order is not cancelled in time, you can of course return the products to us for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning products.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us in the first instance to provide photos and as much information as possible. Please email hysoxs@hotmail.com

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed we will notify you once we have received your parcel
